OUR SPACES

WEDDING Package

full wedding package

$4,695.00

*WA STATE SALES TAX APPLIES TO ALL RENTALS
TOTAL FACILITY RENTAL

  • Access to the venue for setup and tear-down, starting at noon the day prior to the ceremony, until noon the day following the ceremony

  • Indoor (40’x80′ Barn) or Outdoor option for Ceremony and/or Reception

  • 18’x36′ Outdoor dance floor

  • Parking for over 200+ guests, including a parking attendant

  • On-site assistant, if needed, to help reduce stress levels

  • As for a curfew, our only requirement is that all music (DJ, Live Music, etc.) be shut down by Midnight.

EQUIPMENT INCLUDED

  • 27 tables (60” round – will seat 216) and 200 folding chairs

  • 3 tables (8’ rectangular)

  • A bar for serving beverages

  • Decorations (i.e. wood rounds & small aluminum milk cans for centerpiece décor, antique doors/windows, wine barrels, haybales, etc.)

BRIDAL PARTY LODGING

  • Bridal party is welcome to stay in our home the night before, with full breakfast the next morning, including mimosa’s if so desired

  • Use of our home for your wedding day preparation – makeup, hair dresser, etc.  Groomsmen may use our large basement to get dressed and prepared as well.  

    All Bridal party belongings must be removed from our home within two hours after the ceremony. 

  • As a small token of our appreciation, the Bride & Groom will receive a set of two Fox & Goat Ranch Logo wine glasses

TABLE CLOTHS

  • White tablecloths (40 available) – $10 each

HOURLY RENTAL OF VENUE

  • For those interested possibly in just a reception, graduation party, birthday, etc., our venue is available on an hourly basis for $250.00/hr

LODGING

  • 4 BR’s available in our home for rent the night of the ceremony.  3 BR’s with a queen bed in each – 1 BR with a full bed & daybed (with trundle).  $100 per room per night, including breakfast the following morning

  • We have also partnered with the Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn (approximately 20 mins away) for a year-round 15% discount with no blackout dates.  Simply call 509-289-2760 and request the Fox & Goat Ranch rate

  • Some dry camping spots available on our property.  Please inquire with owners

PAYMENT

  • $1,500 non-refundable deposit reserves your date with remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event.  Deposit must be received within 30 days of your initial inquiry to secure your desired date

INSURANCE

  • $1,000,000 excess liability event policy, with Host Liquor Liability (if liquor will be served).  Typical cost for this policy is approximately $150.00 depending on total guest count and needs to cover the entire 48 hours you have access to the property

IF LIQUOR WILL BE SERVED
PORTABLE TOILETS

  • 1 per 50-75 guests is pretty standard

  • We have negotiated a discount with “The Potty Barn” in Davenport, WA.  Just mention the Fox & Goat Ranch for this rate.  Phone number is 509-348-0239.
